Threading – Professional Training

About Course

Threading (Professional Training Overview)

Threading is a precise and traditional hair-removal technique that uses a twisted cotton thread to remove unwanted hair from the root. Widely practiced for centuries, threading remains one of the most popular methods for shaping eyebrows and removing fine facial hair due to its accuracy, speed, and suitability for sensitive skin. This technique allows practitioners to create clean, well-defined lines with exceptional control, making it a preferred service in professional salons and aesthetic clinics.

In this course, students will gain a comprehensive understanding of threading theory and practice. Training covers the principles of facial analysis, brow mapping, and symmetry to ensure results that enhance each client’s natural features. Students will learn correct thread handling, hand positioning, tension control, and step-by-step threading techniques for eyebrows, upper lip, chin, cheeks, and full face.

Emphasis is placed on hygiene, sanitation, and client safety, including proper disinfection of tools, skin preparation, and aftercare recommendations. Students will also learn how to conduct professional client consultations, identify contraindications, manage skin reactions, and provide appropriate post-treatment advice to minimize irritation and promote healthy skin.

Through guided hands-on practice under professional supervision, students will build confidence, speed, and precision. Upon completion, graduates will be equipped with the technical skills, industry knowledge, and professional standards required to offer threading services as a standalone treatment or as part of a comprehensive beauty service menu, meeting the expectations of today’s clients and employers.
