Institutional Registration and Financial Assistance
Health and Beauty Canadian College (HBCC) is registered as a private career college under the Ontario Career Colleges Act, 2005.
Financial assistance may be available to qualified students. Information and guidance regarding financial aid and loan applications are provided through the Admissions Department. Tuition fees are tax deductible, and official tax receipts are issued for all tuition paid.
The following full-time vocational diploma programs are approved under the Ontario Career Colleges Act, 2005:

Personal Support Worker (PSW)
Early Childhood Assistant (ECA)
Medical Laboratory Technician/Assistant (MLT/A)

1. College Payment Plans
Health and Beauty Canadian College offers structured payment plans for qualified students to support manageable tuition payments.
2. Government Assistance – Second Career Ontario
Second Career Ontario provides financial assistance to eligible individuals seeking training for in-demand occupations.

3. Bank Student Lines of Credit
Most major Canadian banks offer Student Lines of Credit for career training and professional education.
4. Windmill Microlending
Windmill Microlending is a registered Canadian charity that has supported newcomers since 2005 by providing low-interest loans of up to $15,000 to skilled immigrants and refugees.
These microloans can be used to cover:
Licensing and qualifying exam fees
Credential assessments
Tuition and books
Course materials
Childcare and living expenses during training
English or French language training
Other costs related to Canadian accreditation and career development

5. Lifelong Learning Plan (LLP)
The Canada Revenue Agency Lifelong Learning Plan (LLP) allows individuals to withdraw funds from their RRSPs to finance education and training.

6. Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB)
WSIB may provide funding for eligible individuals requiring rehabilitation, retraining, or educational upgrading following a workplace injury.
